Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our large and very private house is on top of a hill overlooking the city with a view of mountains and valleys. We have hiking trails out our back door. Beautiful beaches including the famous Torrey Pines Preserve are only 15 minutes away. We have a swimming pool and lots of outdoor patio/garden areas which we enjoy for dining, reading, and relaxing.
