Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We call our property Serenity Woods, because that's an accurate description of this magical place. We are located 15 minutes from Duvall town center, 20 minutes from Carnation town center, 1 hr from downtown Seattle, 45 min - 1 hr from hiking in the Cascade Mountains, 1.25 hour from Puget Sound. There are lovely forest walks right from our front door and within less than 10 minutes drive.
4WD vehicle. Large house with gourmet kitchen, beautiful front porch and back patio, vegetable garden in season.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
This is a great base for exploring the Pacific Northwest. Day trips to the Olympic Peninsula, Puget Sound, Cascade Mountains / Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Seattle. There's also plenty of beautiful hiking and mountain biking close by. About 30 minutes away from Woodinville (known for wine tasting), Redmond (home of Microsoft), North Bend (gateway to the mountains).
