Our Neighborhood is very centrally located for easy access to down town Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco. The neighborhood is comprised of mixed race families and mixed ages - artists, professionals, etc. Right around the corner is an international preschool with a plumper next to them. Our neighborhood continues to get nicer as neighbors make home improvements, but it does have an urban funky feel. There is an Organic Farmers Market every Tuesday only two blocks away. There is a nice Cafe http://sweetadelinebakeshop.com/ two blocks away for sweets and coffee. It is an 8 minute walk to the underground train to easily take you to San Francisco or other destinations. Downtown Berkeley is is close as well as the hip Oakland district called Temescal https://temescaldistrict.org/ , plus nearby Collage Avenue has great food and shopping https://www.elmwoodshop.com/ . There are so so many great places to see and do in the Bay Area and Northern California.
