Description of the home we are offering for exchange
My home is beautifully furnished and decorated, with high ceilings and lots of light. People comment on the artwork and sense of peace. There are 3 bedrooms: one w/ queen bed and full en suite bathroom; one with twin bed with its own full bathroom; the third has been turned into an office/study with fold-out futon.
My house is less than a mile from downtown/Oregon Shakespeare Festival, which runs March-October. It's a half-hour from the Britt Festival in historic Jacksonville. Mt. Ashland offers downhill and cross-country skiiing and wonderful hiking 20 minutes away. Rogue River rafting is also nearby. There are many wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and shops in Ashland, a town of about 20,000, and it's also home to Southern Oregon University, which presents outstanding music and theatre performances.
Note: While both my bathrooms have heated, illuminated toilet seats, my home does not have a TV or microwave. Wifi available.

44 nouveau arts & crafts homes around a square with open space in the middle (my house borders open space); half a block to huge park with stream, playing fields, etc.; one easy mile to downtown. Friendly, relaxed feel.
