Description of the home we are offering for exchange

I have exchanges for December 2023 to February 2024. I am open to exchanges at other times.

TTwo bedroom, light flat with large windows. On 2nd floor, with lift. 3 minutes walk to bus stop to Putney or Clapham Junction or ten minutes walk down the hill to Southfields tube station into Central London or Wimbledon.(15 minutes walk uphill!) Wimbledon tennis championships very close and several parks.

Neighbourhood

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

My neighbourhood is ten minutes walk from several parks, 3 small supermarkets at the tube station plus several cafes and restaurants, barbers and hairdressers and very close to Wimbledon tennis championships (takes place two weeks in July, ten minutes walk from me) plus Wimbledon town centre with its cinemas, theatre and larger supermarkets and you can get to central London easily on the tube system. Transport runs till late in the evening and our streets are well lit at night time.
I leave lots of info about transport and tourist information and have very kind, helpful neighbours if you need assistance.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

Three parks in my area, and in Wimbledon town centre 1.5 kms walk, or bus or tube to get there, there are two cinemas, one theatre, 4 large supermarkets plus many cafes and restaurants and shops.
But it is easy to get into the centre of London by the underground train (tube) ten minutes walk downhill from me or bus from just round the corner down to the Southfields tube station.
Of course once in central London you have many interesting museums, art galleries, theatres, and unlimited restaurants. I have lots of tourist literature for you to peruse and if you have a special request for visiting somewhere I can find out about it for you and let you know the details before you arrive.
