We live in a typical English village/town, named Edenbridge close to London. We have a 4 bedroom home in the Kent countryside, located very close to 2 train stations within easy reach to central London in 50 minutes. With good size kitchen, living and dining room, our home is perfect for those wishing to visit what England's countryside and seaside has to offer, as well as being able to head into London and other connecting cities. Kent, which is known as the garden of England, has so many heritage buildings and things to do and see. For instance, Hever Castle is a 5 minute drive (or 15 minutes by bus) from our house, which is very beautiful indeed and has links to Henry VII, as well as Chartwell house which was the home of Sir Winston Churchill for 40 years or so. There are many castles, parks and other quintessential British things to see in our county of Kent. Our nearest airport is London Gatwick, which is 30 mins by car or 45 minutes by train.
