We live in a beautiful and spacious house. The house is very quiet and bright. The view of the local mountain Pilatus and the sunset every evening is beautiful.
The house has 3 floors and it develops from top to bottom. At the top is the entrance, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, and the large terrace. One floor below is the parents' area with a bedroom, a private bathroom and a dressing room and office. There is also a TV room with a comfortable sofa and even a small fridge for the beer (or soda) to go with the film. The technical room with its own washing machine, tumble dryer and a workroom is also on the same floor.
On the bottom floor there are 3 rooms with 1 bed each. For the house exchange we will use 1 room as a storage room - if not all 3 rooms are needed by the exchange family.

There are a total of 2 big screen TVs, SONOS radio throughout the house and an Xbox. There is wifi.

The house is about 600m from the nearest bus station. From there it takes 12 minutes to get to the heart of the city of Lucerne. From Lucerne you can be in Zurich or Bern in 1 hour and in Lugano / Milano in 2 hours.
