The city of Seville (or Sevilla in spanish) is the capital of Andalusia and has about 700,000 inhabitants, making Seville the fourth largest city in Spain. In the cultural, political, economic and artistic realms, Seville is the most important southern Spanish city. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. It is famous worldwide for its culture, monuments, traditions and artistic heritage. This is the birthplace of Flamenco and the city where the most amazing Holy Week processions take place. But Seville is also the neuralgic centre of the South of Spain, a city full of life and possibilities. The district where we live is called Heliopolis, and it is located in one of the best and safest areas of the city. Surrounded by lovely parks and playgrounds, it is just 10 minutes by bus to the city center. Despite of being a quiet area, it has plenty of basic services as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, 24h pharmacy just round the corner. The biggest public hospital and two private hospitals are not more than 15 minutes walking distance. The University Campus of Sciences and Real Betis stadium are placed in an adjoining street. Our house doesn't comes with private parking but parking in the street is not a problem at all.
