Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We have a large family home on a beautiful beach in Stanmore Bay Whangaparaoa.
Lovely views out to the sea and islands north
We are 30 minutes from central Auckland by car but you can also get the ferry from the end of the peninsular.
Nearby there are golf courses ,tennis courts ,walking ,lots more beaches, shopping and vineyards 30 minutes away.
It is a good area to explore the countryside out to the west coast as well
