Our house is a big terraced house in a condominium. We are in a small town on the hill, in the province of Lecco. By car you can reach Milan in 40 minutes, Lecco in 30 minutes and Como in 30 minutes. Bellagio is an hour's drive away. It is possible to take a walk in the woods by leaving the house on foot.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

Our house is located in the Regional Park of Montevecchia and Valle del Curone, it is a quiet area. We are on the hill, a destination for cyclists and motorcyclists. It is possible to leave the house on foot and walk in the woods following various paths. A five minute drive away is a nationally awarded bakery-focaccia-pastry shop. It is possible to drink a coffee or a cappuccino with a croissant or have dinner with hamburgers or typical products of our area.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules

For us it is important that the neighbors are not disturbed with inappropriate noises at night, that the house is tidied up at the end of the stay and that the locked room in the tavern is not entered. It is our work studio, with musical instruments and books that we care about a lot.
