Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Two stories house in the center of the city Witten surrounded by green gardens.
The house has authentic building and cieling glass windows and doors that make you feel that your in nature (with birds) while enjoying the luxury pf indoor space. On the first floor there is a spacious area for Piano and fire place, dinning room with a beautiful view on garden, and the living loom with glass doors opening on outdoor terrace / grill area. On the second floor downstairs you will find the bedroom also with glass doors directing to a very beautiful garden. If you enjoy meditation, quitenesss, or yoga it will feel like a retreat waking up directly to practice your wellness activities. The house has two restrooms on each floor, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower box.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Local (by foot or bus):
The house is located in the center of the city, however in very quite and charming neighboorhood with authentic house back to 19 and 18 century which will give a bit of fairytale feeling. Although Witten is a small city, still it is very lively you get access to shops , markets, leisure activities also hiking within 15-20 minutes or less by walking. Near the house there are wonderful routes for hiking starting from a pond ( Am Hammerteich Witten) and further the lake, also there is (kemmnader see ) a beautiful lake , great for water activities such as canoaing.
