Our house is within the borders of Munich at the south western end in a quiet surrounding. Historic City centre is about 5 km or some stations with public commuting service away.
Starnberg lake is 25 km away. Our home is situated in the south of Munich, great place to start tours in the nearby mountains.

You can find a quite street here and still be in the city center of Munich in 15 minutes. Many see how Starnberger See or Ammersee are here in the near of South of Munich. The Mountains are also not far away. There are many activities such as going to the beergarden, visiting the old town with "Hofbräuhaus" or many museums and theatre.

We live in the south of Munich near three different see and the mountains/Alpen are 80 km away. To Munich City are 15 minutes by tube/bus and there you will find the olw town, the Englisch Garden and much cultural opportunities like opera, theater, concerts.
In the house near we have old Bavarian Beergarden with Jazz Music, with posibilities to walk alonge the river Isar.
