The Black Forest is just 15 min. away by car, offering gorgeous mountains and many outdoor activities. The famous cities Heidelberg and Baden-Baden are just about one hour away by car, France and the Palatine Forest - another fantastic countryside with great wines and food - are close by. Karlsruhe, with about 300 000 inhabitants, is only 15 min. by Tram or 30 min. by bike away and offers an urban spirit close to the quiet village where our house is.
