My place is a typical Berlin apartment from before the war, with charming high ceilings, lots of sun in the nice neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg. It has one Bedroom (sleeps two) and a spacious living room, where a third person or a child could sleep on the couch or an extra bed. Apart from that its fully equipped. I'm looking for friendly, reliable people to share my place with as it is very dear to me.

Located right next to popular "Volkspark Friedrichshain", my apartment offers everything a city dweller likes and needs: Opportunities to relax in the green, have great dinners at one of the many restaurants around, stroll to a flea market for unique finds, check out on of the many bookshops, shop essentials like beer or pasta at the kiosk around the corner. And if you bring kids, there is literally a playground on every block of my neighborhood.

As this is my main place to live, I am looking for reliable, responsible and caring guests. Please leave the place as clean and orderly as you found it. No parties parties allowed at all. Please respect the neighbors and don't play loud music after 10pm. As this is a historical building, everything is a littler louder than one might be used to. Please keep that in mind, when you're in the apartment.
