ENGLISH
Vienna: Large family house in Vienna in a very green area. Our house (150m2) with garden and pool in Vienna offers sleeping accommodation for 4 people. In the two floors you will find two bathrooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, large dining and living room and all other rooms. The cozy terrace invites you to have breakfast or chill out during the day. In the garden there is a pool (6x4m) and a barbecue area. You can easily park your car on our property.

Wien: Großes Einfamilienhaus in Wien am Stadtrand. Unser Haus (150m2) mit Garten und Pool in Wien bietet Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen. In den beiden Stockwerken finden sie zwei Badezimmer, Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, großer Ess- und Wohnraum und alle weiteren Räume. Die gemütliche Terrasse lädt zum Frühstücken und gemütlichen chillen ein. Im Garten befindet sich ein Pool (6x4m) und eine Grillmöglichkeit. Ihr Auto können sie bequem auf dem Grundstück parken.

Vienna: Our house in Vienna is located in a quiet but as well central area. Close by is the "Lobau National Park" with it's beautiful nature. This natural park/forest is suitable for cycling, running and walking.
The nearest bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. You can reach the center of Vienna (Stephansplatz) by public transport in about 45 minutes. Shops (food, pharmacy, drugstore, clothing, etc.) are about 1 km away.

Wien: Unser Haus in Wien liegt in einer ruhigen und doch zentralen Umgebung. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt der "Nationalpark Lobau" mit wunderschöner Natur. Dieses naturbelassene Park/Wald eignet sich zum Radfahren, Laufen und spazieren gehen.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichen sie in 5 Gehminuten. Die Wiener Innenstadt (Stephansplatz) erreichen sie mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in 45 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Apotheke, Drogerie, Bekleidung u.a.) befinden sich ca. 1Km entfernt.

Vienna: In the small nearby neighboring village "Groß Enzersdorf" you will find several good restaurants and also a very good and popular ice cream parlour. The cosmopolitan city of Vienna offers countless cultural and culinary opportunities and of course all well-known sights such as the Opera, St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Prater and many museums. Various theaters or concert events are available throughout the year.

Wien: Im kleinen nahe gelegenen Nachbardorf "Groß Enzersdorf" finden sie mehrere gute Restaurants und auch einen sehr guten und beliebten Eissalon. Die Weltstadt Wien bietet unzählige kulturelle und kulinarische Möglichkeiten und natürlich alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. die Oper, den Stephans-Dom, den Prater oder auch viele Museen.
