Our home in Subiaco is a spacious, modern, light, airy, secure 3-bedroom penthouse apartment with a lift, area 152m2. There is a fully equipped gym with a steam room, rooftop terrace with an open-air cinema and BBQ facilities, and resident's lounge with couches, TV and DVD player available for use. Our apartment has two usable bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and ensuite, the other with a queen size bed. The third bedroom is our private office area and will be closed. There is also a separate main bathroom and toilet, a large living / dining area, an open plan well equipped kitchen and two balconies. The apartment is situated in lovely Subiaco which is a vibrant cosmopolitan suburban area with a village feel and lots of cafes, boutique bars, dining options and shopping on the doorstep. The apartment has a lovely sunny balcony perfect for a gin and tonic after a day of sightseeing.

We are only 4km from Perth city centre and only 350m from the train station with ample bus and train connections to all of greater Perth area and beaches. We are on the direct Perth to Fremantle train line which also goes to the airport.

Two bikes and an underground, secure parking bay are available for your use and there are plenty of delightful walking areas to explore nearby. We have walking and riding maps of the area as well as information on local attractions. We find we don't need a car to get around Perth but when we do want to get away for a few days, we have shared use of our daughter's car and can make this available if needed, and if your exchange includes a vehicle.
